Episode 11 - The Media Blackout in the Gulf with James Fox
On this episode, we speak with acclaimed documentary filmmaker James Fox. James has spent the past several weeks in the Gulf of Mexico, mainly Louisiana, documenting, researching, interviewing, and filming the debacle that is the BP oil spill. We spoke with James and his friend David about their firsthand experiences of the media blackout in the gulf, as well as the appalling results of water samples they have had analyzed by chemists, as well as the culture of ignorance and fear that is brewing in the gulf as the result of the spill. Panopticon thanks James and David for taking the time out of their busy schedules to speak with us. We will be getting updates from them soon. Intro music by Eric Copeland. Enjoy!
